Step 1: Create your account
Register with your email. Business customers can add an ABN for tax invoices.

Step 2: Choose a plan and an app
Pick monthly or yearly billing, a server plan and WordPress or WooCommerce. Prices are shown in AUD with GST included.

Step 3: Your site is set up automatically
After payment is confirmed, an isolated site with its own database is created on our Sydney node and gets its HTTPS address, usually within a few minutes.

Step 4: Bind your domain and manage
Add a domain you own, verify it with a DNS record and let the certificate issue itself. Restart, suspend or unbind from the same workspace.

Customer actions and staff operations have different boundaries, and both are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

Your workspace
Manage only your own sites and domains. Owners invite team members with billing or developer roles. Credentials are shown once and stored encrypted.

Staff operations
Role-restricted actions with typed confirmation for anything destructive. Suspensions, unbinds and token rotations leave an audit record.
Staff sign in with an authenticator app; sensitive staff actions are re-verified and every change is audited. Site certificates are currently issued in test (staging) mode while acceptance completes; production certificates follow.

Which currencies do you accept?
Australian dollars (AUD) only. All prices include GST and a tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Change the billing interval from your dashboard; the difference is prorated by Stripe.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry for 7 days and email you. After that the space is suspended (data is kept) until payment succeeds.
Where is my data stored?
On servers located in Sydney, Australia. Backups are stored in Australian object storage.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME at your space hostname and we issue an SSL certificate automatically.
